LeBron Raymone James Sr. Born 30 December 1984 - is a pro American basketball star. King James has been widely recognized as being one of history's most outstanding basketball stars. Michael Jordan is usually the subject of debates about who's the greatest player. James has been the recipient of four NBA Championships as well as Four NBA MVP Awards as well as the four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He also has the distinction of having two Olympic Gold medals. James is the holder of the highest score of points in the postseason, second highest all-time score, and the 7th the most assists in his career. Alongside being an NBA All-Star, James was chosen to his NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. Ten NBA Finals is the most ever, including eight consecutively between 2011 and 2018, he was also selected for The NBA 75th Anniversary team. James made part of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. He was one of the few NBA player to score 10,000 points in his career. James played basketball at St. Vincent St. Mary High school in Akron in Ohio. The school was recognized by the national press as the future NBA super star. In 2003, the Cleveland Cavaliers took him first during the NBA draft, as a pre-pro. He was named the 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year He quickly established himself as one of the best league players winning the NBA MVP award in 2010 and 2009. After failing to win an NBA championship, Cleveland James left in 2010 by way of a free-agent to join Miami Heat. Miami Heat this was announced during the TV special The Decision and is among the most controversial free-agent choices ever made in the history of sports.
