LeBron Raymone James Sr. born on the 30th of December, 1984 is an American professional basket ball player for the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). He is known as King James he is widely considered one of the greatest players of all time and has often been compared with Michael Jordan in debates over the best basketball player of all time. James is the winner of the distinction of winning four NBA champions. Four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. and two Olympic golds. James is the NBA All-Star with most points in playoffs, the second-highest point total, and the seventh highest assists total in his career. James has been the NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, a record. James was also named to make the NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. He was the third player to compete in NBA Finals. Eight of these were consecutive between the year 2011 until the year 2018. James joined the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. He was the first NBA player to reach 10,000 career points. James played at St. Vincent St. Mary High School, which is located in his home town of Akron Ohio and was heavily in the news media as a future NBA superstar. In 2003, the Cleveland Cavaliers took him first during the NBA draft, as a pre-pro. He was voted one of the NBA player of the year for 2004. Then he was one of the premier players in the NBA, winning the NBA MVP Award twice in 2009 and 2010. James joined Miami Heat in 2010 when he became a Free Agent following his inability to win a Championship with Cleveland. The news was broadcast on The Decision.
