Julia Fiona Roberts, born October 28, 1967 in Atlanta to Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Roberts is fourth in the Roberts generation living in Atlanta, beginning with her great-grandfather who was a farmer John Pendleton Roberts. At an early age his father became obsessed by theatre. When he was a college students studying at Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he was a part of numerous productions. In 1953, when he joined the Air Force, he appeared together with Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. Eric Anthony was their first born. The couple was married in the year. In 1957, the couple quit the military and Walter was enrolled in Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter began working for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter along with Betty Lou started production in 1964 on the local Saturday morning children's TV show Bum Bum and His Buddies, which they funded themselves. In 1964, Betty Lou and Walter founded The Actors and Writers Workshop. It lasted for 6 years. Lelisa Billingsley who is also referred to as Lisa was born in 1965. Julia Billingsley followed in 1967.
